1. Commission Structure
As an approved WebScanify partner, you will receive a flat 10% commission on all qualifying product purchases made by users referred through your unique referral link.
- One Commission Per User: Referral commissions are credited only on the first purchase made by a referred user. Subsequent purchases or renewals by the exact same registered user account do not generate additional commissions for the partner.
- No Caps or Limits: There is absolutely no cap on your total earnings or commission payouts per transaction. You get 10% on every single purchase.
- Tracking Window: Referral tracking cookies expire 30 days after the visitor's initial click on your referral link.
- Payment Gateways: Qualifying transactions processed via both PayPal and Razorpay are automatically audited and eligible for commission credit.
2. Fraud & Self-Referral Prevention
Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Partners are not permitted to purchase WebScanify packages or services using their own referral link or referral code.
Anti-Fraud Auditing
All referred transactions are automatically scanned. If matching emails, IP addresses, user IDs, or billing addresses are detected between a buyer and the referring partner, the commission is voided, and the partner account may face immediate termination.
3. Policy Modifications & Notice Periods
WebScanify is committed to stability and clear partner relations. We adhere to the following strict notice windows:
- Program Modification: Any updates to terms, conditions, or rates require a minimum of 3 months' advance notice to partners before becoming active.
- Program Termination: In the event WebScanify decides to wind down or terminate the partner program, a minimum of 6 months' advance notice is required. All earned commissions up to the termination date will be fully paid out.
4. Payout Terms
Commissions are recorded in INR. Earnings are audited on a Net-30 basis to account for standard customer refund windows. For purchases made in USD, commissions are converted to INR using the exchange rate at the time of purchase.
5. Temporary Promotional Customer Discounts
To incentivize referrals, customers purchasing via a partner link or code receive a 5% discount, up to a maximum of $5.00 USD (for USD transactions) or 100 INR (for INR transactions).
- Notice Window: This promotional benefit is temporary. WebScanify reserves the right to modify, decrease, or terminate this customer discount in the future by providing partners with a minimum of 1 month's advance notice.
