WebScanify is a 100% digital service. There is no physical product, no shipping, and no exchange of physical goods. All access, reports, and features are delivered instantly via the internet.

1. Nature of the Service

WebScanify is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. When you purchase a plan, you receive immediate digital access to:

  • Full vulnerability scan results for your licensed domain(s)
  • Detailed security findings, risk scores, and remediation guidance
  • Downloadable reports in PDF, DOCX, and JSON format
  • Rescan credits and history access for the duration of your plan
  • API access (where applicable to your plan)

No physical items are shipped. There is no delivery address required, no courier involved, and no exchange or return of physical goods.

3. Purchase Confirmation

After a successful purchase, you will receive a confirmation email to your registered email address within a few minutes. This email serves as your receipt and proof of purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].

4. Delayed or Failed Activation

In rare cases, payment processing delays may mean your plan is not activated immediately. If your dashboard still shows a free tier more than 15 minutes after a successful payment:

  • Refresh the page and log out then back in.
  • Check that the payment was confirmed by your bank / payment app.
  • Email [email protected] with your transaction ID for manual activation — we will investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible, typically within 1 business day.

5. Availability

WebScanify is available globally. There are no geographic restrictions on purchasing or using the Service. All features are accessible from any country with internet access, subject to local laws and our Acceptable Use Policy.

WebScanify aims to maintain high availability. Planned maintenance windows are announced in advance via the website or email. In the event of an unplanned outage, we will communicate updates through our website as soon as possible.

6. No Physical Exchange Policy

Since WebScanify delivers digital services only, there is no concept of a physical exchange, return of goods, or shipping cost reimbursement. For service-related dissatisfaction, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
